CONCEPTUALS
Our conceptual offerings set ID.3 apart from other firms. Technical renderings are not always necessary but in some cases, sketches, 3D models built with Sketchup, renderings with Podium & Enscape , and Autocad drafted plans allow our clients to visualize the finished product before we break ground.
PLAN SETS
ID.3’s plan sets fuse the design and architecture elements of the space giving the contractor the manual to execute the vision. Plan sets are an indispensable element of interior design.
SKETCHES
Sketches are a quick way to convey an idea and demonstrate functionality. Through sketches, we can unearth potential issues and find solutions early, prior to the design and development stages.
3D MODELS
3D Models are powerful tools. On occasion, 3D Models are used to effectively give life to a home and showcase a visual representation of what the room will look like. Our renderings reveal the placement of structural components, furniture and appliances to make you feel at home without ever setting foot in the door.
