Shannon Barter
Founder and owner of ID.3, attended FIDM and has been involved in the design industry for the past decade. Shannon spent the past 6 years with one of Tahoe's leading design firms as the principal designer. During that time she forged long lasting relationships with the area's leading architects, contractors and subs-all of whom appreciate her organization, collaboration, professionalism, strong sense of style and humor. Shannon not only understands the technical and aesthetic aspects of design, but she understand construction as well. Never pretentious, Shannon links the design world and the trades so that everyone is open and willing to work together to create the client's design vision.
Her goal as a designer is to help articulate her clients needs with a cohesive design, while sticking to timelines and budgets. Shannon strives to better herself and her firm continually through education and an unrelenting commitment to growth and development-both professionally and aesthetically. Shannon's designs have taken her to Oahu, Santa Cruz, San Francisco and Tahoe.
Katie Joubert
Katie Joubert makes number 3 of id.3’s design team. In addition to Katie’s BA in Textile Production and Design, she has become well versed in kitchen and bathroom design, tile layout and vacation rental start-ups and is becoming proficient in drafting in AutoCad.
One of id.3’s niches has become outfitting, accessorizing and furnishing second homes for vacation rentals and Katie takes the lead in running the majority of these projects. Great with deadlines and budgets, Katie works with these clients to get them the biggest bang for their buck, all of while getting them unique designs for themselves and others to enjoy.
Katie’s organizational skills, and her continuing desire to learn, make her a valuable asset to id.3 and we are very fortunate to have her on our team

Brady Leigh McClintock
Brady McClintock has been in the design world for over 2 decades. She has done designs for Bay Area Companies such as MCI Telecommunications and The Sharper Image. After moving to Tahoe City from San Francisco, CA. she continued her design career by working as project manager and designer for Truckee River Bank, building their 40,000 square foot headquarters building at the Tahoe-Truckee Airport. Brady has designed many lakefront residences along the shores of Lake Tahoe, stretching from Incline Village, NV to Tahoe City. A specialist in designing off piste, Brady has designed homes in New York, Hawaii, and the S.F. Bay Area. Her business travels have taken her to as far as Bali, with a project designing furniture for a Balinese style house.
Brady has been a principal with the firm since 2008. Wanting to remain current in the design field Brady has put down the pencil and has become proficient in drafting in Autocad and utilizing technology to communicate from afar with her clients.
Brady lives in Tahoe City with her husband Bob, their two children, their dog and her horse Copper.
